I. RETURN POLICY OF TANE HOME

We accept returns by mail for any product of Tane Home.

Return Items Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in as new condition as when received in order.

The timeframe that Tane Home accepts returns?

Our policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us within 30 days for a return request from the day of delivery.

Who is responsible for returning the product?

  • Tane Home will provide a free return label (prepaid) for any manufacturer defect, or damage in transit, not matching the description on the website.
  • In cases where the product is not defective or damaged but the customer wants to return it, Tane Home will provide a free return label (prepaid).

We encourage customers to return items by mail
If customers have a return request, please send an email to us at: contact@tanehome.com with the subject “Return/Refund Request” and send us the order number + photos of the error on the product.

– We will review and provide return labels by mail. Customers need to download and print.

Notify when Tane Home receives the returned package.

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your return. Depending on your address, the time to receive the returned product will differ.

For items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

II. REFUND POLICY OF TANE HOME

When will you receive your refund?
– Once we receive the returned product, please allow 3-4 business days to process for you. All returned products will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
– If you are approved for a refund please allow 3 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded. Your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

What is the amount of the refund?

We will fully refund the amount corresponding to the returned product/returned order. For returns on all products in your order, the shipping, and other fees you have paid, we will be fully refunded.

If the product is defective or you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us for better advice. Let us know as soon as possible.
