Modify/Cancel Order

You always have the right to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, the order will be locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

If you change your mind about your purchase (cancel, buy more, change size…), please send a request within 24 hours via email: contact@tanehome.com and provide the correct information following: order number, order email, and what you want to modify or cancel.

We will send a confirmation email once the modification or cancellation is done.
